Rain Postpones the Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup Twin 30’s to Wednesday

Rain has forced the postponement of the Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup Twin 30’s originally scheduled for tonight (Tuesday, July 21) to Wednesday, July 22.

Sarver, PA—July 21, 2009—The first 30-lapper on Wednesday, July 22 will be a standard World of Outlaws event, with time trials, heat races, the Crane Cams Dash and the B-Main setting the starting lineup for the A-Feature. Following a short break after the first 30-lapper drivers and crews will be able to work on their machines, all lead lap cars will be inverted and the second 30-lap segment will be run. The driver with the best overall finish in both segments will be crowned the overall 2009 Silver Cup champion. The winner of each segment will earn $15,000 as the “Month of Money” continues for the World of Outlaws.

On Wednesday, July 22 the pit gates will open at 4 p.m. Eastern.
