Shelby Thompson to appear at Valley Bowl on Saturday

Shelby Thompson, who ran third in last year's Montana 200 after leading the majority of the first-half of the race, will be at Valley Bowl on Saturday as part of a unique fan interaction complete with autographed auction items from Thompson and fellow Mead native, Adam Morrison.

Thompson Motorsports hosting meet and greet bowling event

 

MEAD, Wash. (July 10, 2009)-Thompson Motorsports and their primary sponsor, Valley Bowl, have put together a meet and greet party for Inland Empire race fans that features great prizes, bowling, dunk tanks and the chance to win autographed items from driver Shelby Thompson and Mead native, Adam Morrison.

 

Valley Bowl will host an all-you-can-eat pizza party with soda and for those over the age of 21, adult beverages to go along with bowling from Noon to 11 p.m. on July 11.

 

Participants can join in the fun for $50 to receive the nearly 12 hours of food and fun at Valley Bowl with children under the age of 12 getting in for free. The first 50 fans through the door receive autographed Shelby Thompson t-shirts and Thompson’s Valley Bowl Chevrolet will be on display for photo opportunities with the driver of the No. 3.

 

Auction items including Team Thompson apparel and Morrison autographed items will be available throughout the event.

 

Also on hand will be a dunk tank with the opportunity to contribute to Team Thompson’s effort to win the 19th Annual Coors Light Montana 200.

 

Visit Valley Bowl located at 8005 E Sprague in Spokane Valley from Noon to 11 p.m. on Saturday to be part of this all-you-can-eat pizza party and race fan event.
