In a podcast, Alex Barron, the secretary of the Kootenai County Republican Central Committee, steps up his attacks on Christa Hazel, the respected former chairwoman of the Coeur d'Alene School Board and a GOP precinct committeewoman. Barron, who considers himself the Bard of the American Redoubt movement (in opening remarks) calls Christa "little round liar" and casts her heroic former FBI father, Wayne Manis, as a guy who brags about slaughtering American citizen. He must be referring to Manis' description in his book, "Street Agent," of the shootout in which violent neo-Nazi Robert Matthews was killed on Whidbey Island in the 1980s. You can hear Barron's podcast here.

DFO: Make sure you listen to the podcast (if you can stomach it). Then, thoughts?
