TGIF Wild Card — 7.15.16

I was thinking this week that it has been a long time since I had a problem with my garage door. I didn't say anything out loud about it. Just thinking. You know where this is going. Mrs O called during work yesterday to say that the garage door wouldn't open. Which prompted a call to my brother-in-law who knows something about a lot of things. Broken spring. We manually lifted the garage door to get my 4Runner out, and pushed the door off its runner. I was thankful that a neighbor knew how to put Humpty Dumpty back together enough to close the door for the night. A local garage door company will install a spring that's good for 35,000 openings and closings. Oh, the joys of home ownership. Here's your TGIF Wild Card ...
