Enaville’s Snake Pit Changes Hands

Tom Richards, who has been teaching at the Yongsan International School of Seoul (Korea) emails Huckleberries Online the following about his plans for Joe Peak's old Snake Pit in Enaville:

"Doug Johnson and I closed the purchase of the Snake Pit on Friday, May 15th. I have been overseas for 13 years now -- 10 years in Vienna, Austria and 3 in Seoul, South Korea and I am moving back to Coeur d'Alene this July. We plan on returning both BBQ and Rocky Mountain Oysters to the menu at the Snake Pit. We are putting together a new menu and until that is done are running daily specials on ribs, pulled pork and Rocky Mountain Oysters. We are expanding the craft beer selection as well. Feedback so far on everything has been very positive - particularly the BBQ and the Rocky Mountain Oysters."

Question: When did you last eat at the Snake Pit?
