The Federal Emergency Management Agency has authorized using federal funds to help with firefighting costs on the Cape Horn Fire, and reports that firefighting resources onsite include eight air tankers, three helicopters and eight engines, with a Type II management team scheduled to arrive at the fire this afternoon.
