It has happened. Cindy is beginning her second book -- a memoir-ish collection of her Front Porch columns and other pieces she's written over the years. Now she needs a title for her book. And she's turning to her fans to help her. Seems David Townsend of the Coeur d'Alene Library came up with her "War Bonds" title. Got any good ideas?
CdA Police Sgt. Greg Moore was given a series of neurological tests in the Kootenai Health emergency room after he was shot in the mouth May 5. Almost all of the exams showed him unresponsive, according to this morning’s testimony of Dr. William Ganz, a neurological surgeon called to the hospital that morning to examine Moore in the trauma room.

I just gave my last two fair tickets to a woman who said that they meant her grandkids could go to the fair today. Without the tickets, they couldn't afford to do so. That's a nice way to end the distribution of about 100 tickets.
