Patrol Cops Split On Dolezel Ethnicity

In an examination of parking tickets received by controversial Rachel Dolezal, Dan Tilkin of KOIN 6 NEWS reports that traffic officers were split on Dolezal's ethnicity. Twice, an officer wrote on the citation given the former NCAAP capter leader that she was white. Twice that she was black. Dolezal is a white woman who claimed to be black.

FishinJay: What?! An SR Pay Wall?!

FishinJay and at least one other Huckleberries Online commenter have run into the SR's new fire wall, which requires a subscription to view AP and SR articles. He doesn't like it, noting that it's easy to find the articles elsewhere for free. On the plus side, the pay wall doesn't affect blogs, like Huckleberries, or the links posted here.

3 Sisters Fire Burns 150 Acres

The Three Sisters Fire near Bayview grew to approximately 150 acres Tuesday night and multiple fire agencies will continue fighting the wildfire today. More than 220 people, and several air units, are attempting to curb the spread of the blaze, which is believed to have been caused by humans Tuesday afternoon.
