The Kootenai County Republican Central Committee overwhelmingly approved a resolution last night (see above for draft) calling upon Gov. Otter !to stand against the federal court intrusions to our Constitution and reverse any and all mandates for county clerks to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples; or, in the alternative, that Governor Otter shall issue an executive order instructing the state's clerks not to issue marriage licenses to same sex couples; at the least until the final appeal is decided."
