The oldest restaurant in Idaho is….

Cyclists riding the Trail of the Coeur d’Alenes stop for refreshments last month at the Enaville Resort, better known as the Snake Pit. After its owners died, the resort is open only for beer, soft drinks and milk shakes, Saturdays and Sundays, noon to 7 p.m. with no food service until a new owner assumes the property. (Rich Landers)
