Durst Backs Fulcher, Too

On his Facebook wall, Branden Durst, the former Democratic state senator who resigned his post last fall to move to the Puget Sound, offers this endorsement of Russ Fulcher: "To my Republican/Conservative friends in Idaho: On May 20th you will get the opportunity to cast a primary ballot that is as meaningful as it is critical. When sizing up politicians and wannabes, the first question I ask is, "Do they actually believe what they are saying?" In the gubernatorial contest, I would encourage you to support a man of integrity and character. A man that doesn't just talk the talk, but also walks the walk. In Republican primary that man is Russ Fulcher. Russ and I certainly do not agree on many issues, but unlike the current governor, he is a man that you can trust to stay true to his convictions. Butch Otter must be sent into retirement in order for the state of Idaho to progress."

Question: Is Fulcher helped or hurt by being endorsed by Democrat Durst?
