When Hudson’s 86’d WSU Sorority

BTW, the incident involving public urination at City Park Saturday wasn't the first time that WSU Greek students behaved badly in downtown Coeur d'Alene. Kenny McAnally of Hudson's Hamburgers forwarded an email he sent to the WSU president's office and Kappa Delta officials after a drunk mob invaded the historic downtown Coeur d'Alene burger business on Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012:

It is with solemn disappointment that I inform Kappa Delta Sorority and Washington State University, of the debaucheries committed by the young women of Kappa Delta and their escorts on the afternoon of Saturday, October 20, 2012, in Coeur d’Alene. At around noon on Saturday, a drunken mob (several members wearing Greek letters) descended upon Hudson’s Hamburgers to use the (single use) bathroom.  The drunken mob was then seen leaving en masse, only to return later.  Upon return, waiting on said mob was almost impossible due to their drunken state/ belligerent and rude manners.  One of the ladies of Kappa Delta succumbed to the effects of her condition, loosing consciousness in the bathroom, causing damage to the toilet; one of their gentlemen escorts was verbally reprimanded for banging with fists, the storefront window.  These actions, among others, warranted a friendly call to the Coeur d’Alene Police, who would have handled the situation decisively, effectively, and with punitive damages.  We hope that these actions are handled internally, and without further incident. However, the women of Kappa Delta Sorority are hereby and irrevocably: 86’d from Hudson’s.

DFO: Kenny sent along the initial responses of the individuals who were in charge of the Center for Fraternity and Sorority Life and Kappa Delta at that time. To his knowledge, nothing ever came of the complaint.
