The North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force is seeking information leading to the apprehension of Shane Andrew Russell. Russell is being sought based on a Kootenai County felony warrant charging Russell with Felony Failure to Appear on Stalking Charges. This is a $100,000 bond warrant with United States extradition. Russell is a white male, 36 years old, 5’9 tall, 160 lbs with brown eyes and blonde hair. Russell was last known to be living in Post Falls.
