PFPD: Drug House Visit Loses Appeal

Facebook post from Post Falls PD Graveyard Shift: "While driving by White Pines Park an officer noticed a suspicious vehicle stalling in the park. The driver told the officer that she was lost and was looking for a residence on West 20th. After explaining that the house she was looking for was the home of a recent drug arrest, the female changed her mind quickly and decided she didn’t want to go there anymore. The driver was not licensed, and the car did not belong to her, so the officer gave her a courtesy ride to a local convenience store. The registered owner for the vehicle was advise -- he reports the vehicle was stolen." (Responding to a Facebook question/comment, the PFPD said the woman wasn't arrested: "There is question if the car is stolen or not. The owner states she purchased the car from him and did not pay for it. So it is not clear yet if the vehicle is actually stolen.") Full Graveyard Shift report here.
