Richardson: Otter Misses Target Again

Like many who know and respect Judge Winmill, I am bewildered by Gov. Otter's bizarre comments about the judge. In 2007, I wrote a profile about Judge Winmil for The Federal Lawyer, the magazine of the Federal Bar Association. I shared this profile with Idaho Statesman columnist Dan Popky who linked to the article in his blog. It is a long read, but -- I hope -- a good one. As I see it, Judge Winmill is a quintessential Idahoan. Once again, our governor shoots from the hip and misses the target/Former U.S. Attorney Betty Richardson, via Facebook wall. Dan Popkey blog post here.

Question: Name 3 characteristics a person has to have to be a "quintessential Idahoan."
