Widmyer — Early Yard Sign Leader

Mayoral candidate Steve Widmyer is the early leader in getting his yard signs out. During bike rides Saturday and Sunday afternoon, I noticed Steve’s signs up and down 7th Street, in the Fortgrounds area and in the Ironwood medical district. I saw two of Mary Souza’s signs in the Fortgrounds area, across from City Park and across from parking lot of Boswell Hall. Only other signs I noticed belonged to Amy Evans and Kiki Miller.

Question: How important is it for a candidate to have a lot of yard signs spread over big area?
