Christi Fleischman, of 1638 Nesqually Ave., has become the third candidate to file for the Post Falls City Council Seat 4 now held by Councilwoman Betty Ann Henderson, who is seeking re-election. Fleischman joined Henderson and Jayson Cornwell in the council race. The filing deadline for the Post Falls City Council is 5 o'clock this afternoon.
