On her Mary for Mayor CDA page, Coeur d'Alene mayoral candidate Mary Souza is cautioning her followers to play within the rules re: yard signs: "We've had a number of yard signs being taken from supporter's properties. At the same time, some are accusing our campaign of putting signs where they should not be. Draw your own conclusion. Sometimes supporters on both sides can get overly zealous and resort to chicanery thinking it will help their candidate. Let's not make it a bigger deal than it is. Let's make sure our side does not engage in such tactics!"

Question: This is a word to the wise for all candidates and their followers, right?
