DFO’s Law?

Most of you have heard of Godwin's law: Godwin's law -- the premise by Mike Godwin that the probability of a comparison to Nazis or Hitler approaches, as an online discussion grows longer. No matter what the topic. Well, there oughta be a name for political campaigns in North Idaho that invoke the name of Barack Obama to label a political opponent as an unabashed "librul." Could you say a nonpartisan opponent has been Baracked?

Question: Do you have a good name for the use of the Barack Obama boogeyman to castigate an opponent, especially in a nonpartisan North Idaho election?
