Hebert Leads Seat No. 4 Fund-raising

In a council race that features little significant fund-raising. Reagan Republican/ReclaimCDA candidate Sharon Hebert leads a 3-candidate race. Hebert has raised $2800, according to the 30-day pre-election campaign, including $500 apiece from Regan Properties and state Sen. Kathy Sims.
