"I'm entitled to one non-snarky sentiment this week, and here it is. I am so grateful for the new adventures of the past year: a fascinating new job with a great group of colleagues; graduate school (at last); training for and finishing my first marathon. And I'm especially grateful for my family and friends -- and especially for Chris. In a year of new challenges, it's great to have support and love that simply never wavers.
