Mayor Sandi Bloem told Huckleberries moments ago that she is standing by her decision not to seek re-election to a fourth term, despite announcement today that arch rival Mary Souza will run for her post. Since then, I have heard that former Kootenai County Commissioner Rick Currie has expressed interest in the job.
