"We had a city wide spree of vandalism this past weekend," reports Recreation Director Doug Eastwood in his memo to other City Hall officials today. "Lots of graffiti along the bike trail under the I-90 bridge and the attached photos depict the up-rooting of a tree at the Fallen Heroes Plaza at Cherry Hill Park and the tipping over of the porta-potty that was next to the Bandshell and pushed onto the City Park Beach."
