Man Found With Severed Genitalia
A naked 62-year-old man with severed genitalia was found lying in the road on the 1400 block of Fifth Street in Clarkston at 4:20 a.m. today. The injured man was taken to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, and the severed genitalia was recovered by law enforcement for possible reattachment, said Capt. Dan Hally of the Asotin County Sheriff's Office. Based on evidence at the scene, authorities believe there is no threat or danger to the community, Hally said.
