Phaedrus: I'd love to see the boat launch go away, and the boat trailer parking with it; unfortunately, with a very expensive alteration to the McEuen plan to incorporate the boat trailer parking in the 3rd Street lot, it's not likely to happen. Let the boaters put in east and west of town, they don't spend any money downtown, anyway, and they add to traffic problems.

Question: I'm trying to figure out how the city will deal with vehicles & boat trailers trying to get to 3rd Street docks after closure of 2nd/Front Avenue? Try to make tight turn at 3rd? Tight turn at 7th? Reconfigure Lakeside? What?
