5:02 p.m. 2 50ish males & a female transient panhandling @ 308 E. Sherman Ave/CdA.
4:33 p.m. Possible impaired driver at wheel of silver Toyota Tacoma @ w/b I-90/MP 7 (H41).
4:19 p.m. Driver of run vehicle that sped across lawn on Haycraft Avenue, from H95/CdA, possibly has black eyes, according to witness. He's speeding through Coeur d'Alene neighborhoods, last seen in area of 10th/Hastings Avenue.
4:18 p.m. Driver of disabled vehicle has hood up @ I-90/MP 12 (H95, CdA), partly blocking highway.
