  • 4:19 p.m. Driver of run vehicle that sped across lawn on Haycraft Avenue, from H95/CdA, possibly has black eyes, according to witness. He's speeding through Coeur d'Alene neighborhoods, last seen in area of 10th/Hastings Avenue.
