Gov. Butch Otter has picked Jayson Ronk as his 2014 campaign manager. Ronk, who works as a lobbyist for the Idaho Association of Commerce and Industry, will replace Debbie Field, who ran Otter’s campaigns in 2006 and 2010. Otter, who hasn’t formally announced that he’ll seek a third term, has already been raising money for his reelection. So far he has no GOP primary challenger, nor a Democratic opponent in the general election/East Idaho News.
