AM Scanner Traffic — 6.19.12

(I apologize for the skimpy Scanner Traffic of late. I haven't been able to follow Post Falls/Rathdrum for 2-3 weeks as a result of Post Falls police converting to digital. Kootenai County will convert to digital this fall. Not to worry, though. SR popped for pricey new digital scanner for me. Which will be delivered in next week or so.)
