Responding to a Huckleberries Online email, City Attorney Mike Gridley said: "Because the allegations concern possible felony conduct Susan Weathers has delivered the complaints and materials to Kootenai County Prosecutor Barry McHugh for evaluation and handling.  She took them to him today."
