cleaned out a shelf in his closet and did some laundry today. Retired a couple of shirts and threw out a lot of papers that, for some reason at some point in the last 8 years, I’d felt I might find important at some future time. These actions have left me feeling quite nostalgic — and not a little sad, considering one of the retired shirts was my “lucky” shirt.”
