Frum Helen Back on Scene From The Fair on August 23 at 10:42 a.m.

Took the grandkids to the fair on opening day. Kids look forward to the carnival. They may not anymore however. Finally at 2:30, instead of noon, four rides were going. By 5 o’clock there were three more. None of the kiddie rides were going. Hopefully the fair officials don’t let this company come back anymore.

Another berrypicker reports seeing officials examining an "electrical pole" and wonders if there's some kind of electrical problem at the Fairgrounds that caused the rides to be shut down.
