  • 10:20 a.m. (via KREM Twitter): Kootenai Electric experiencing power outage in Spirit Lake and north of Rathdrum. About 850 customers w/out power.
  • 10:06 a.m. A crash is partially blocking H95 @ M/P 457 (Cocalalla Creek Bridge).
  • 9:55 a.m. Caller reports an injured animal on the road @ 3666 Howell/PF.
  • 9:41 a.m. A landlord named Ken is trying to serve eviction notice but tenant in Plummer won't let him into residence. Tenant has several friends with him.

  • 8:46 a.m. Caller from Lands End/CdA reports hearing 5 rifle shots and a bullet whizzing past his head.
  • 8:42 a.m. Harmony House on Maple & Dakota/Hayden reports a dispute.
  • 8:21 a.m. A German shepherd & mid-size brown dog are running in traffic on H54 & Clagstone/Athol.
