Tyler Wilson Pulls Plug On Press

After three and a half years on the arts and culture beat, I am leaving the paper for another job opportunity. I will continue writing movie reviews for the Ticket Stubs space as well as occasional pop culture commentaries for inside this section. Our copy editors have also promised to stop running my picture, so that should be a relief to many of you. My news came as quite a shock to many people in the newsroom. City reporter Tom Hasslinger said, "We might as well shut everything down because nothing can ever compare to Tyler Wilson's spellbinding prose." City editor Bill Buley had these kind words to say: "Tyler Wilson is more important to me than my own biological son." Finally, Duane Hagadone had this to say about the shocking departure of Tyler Wilson: "Who?"/Tyler Wilson, Coeur d'Alene Press. More here.

Question: Who do you read for local views re: movies, plays, and other performances?
