3:44 p.m. Female at Hastings whispers that a 52YO male in the cafe part is the same wanted man she saw on a Web site this morning. But CPD Blue can't find him in NCIC system as wanted, so they aren't responding.
3:22 p.m. 3 juveniles are in a gold Honda, beyond pavement at Nettleton Gulch, maybe smoking pot.
