However, it doesn't appear that the incumbents were snubbing the fourth incumbent, Joe Bodman. Mayor Larkin tells Huckleberries that he was asked by Wilhelm about a month ago if we wanted to be part of such a mailing. He said he told Wilhelm that he did, if he could pay his part for it and if all the incumbents took part. Seems Wilhelm tried to contact Bodman. But he didn't respond. So the mailing went out without him, targetting absentee voters.
