Just to draw a little from my own experiences on the OTHER side of the fence (being a hardened criminal and all)- I have to say that in the Kootenai County Public Safety Building at least, the "gangsters" are very few, and laughably immature. We're talking a couple of skinny teenybopper white boys with shaved heads and piercings, pants saggin' in an effort to look authentic, calling themselves the "Kootenai County Killaz" and nonsense like that. I sincerely hope that in whatever efforts the Department is planning to put forth to eradicate this "problem", they also manage to target the real root of the issue: that is, the drug usage and sales that the gangs revolve around.
