A comment and hoping you can verify the information. Sunday, while driving to CDA from Moscow to visit my son, Phil Corless, a policeman pulled us over on Kathleen (we were going 33 mph, in a 12 yr old pickup). He told us he stopped us because we were speeding in a SCHOOL zone. We said it was Sunday and he told us the school zone was 24/7, 365 days a year! The school zone signs very clearly state 7:30-3:30, no days. What is going on? Just harassment of out of county cars? If this is the law in CDA, why is there no information posted for motorists? Maybe you can help find out? Thanks.
