I'm leaving early this afternoon to grab a bite and to tune into the City Council meeting at 6 o'clock on local-access WoodyTV (Channel 19). Should be entertaining b/c the experts will discuss issues raised by Spencer. The fun should begin around 6:15 after the flag salute and the dedication of parkland at Riverstone West.
