At the very beginning of our grand tour, we had the pleasure of experiencing a memorable trip to the Washington state coast in a Peace Van. Those updated VW buses have become such a huge hit, the rental company has expanded its lineup to include custom tricked-out Merecedes Metris vans. 

Peace Van's affable owner, Harley Sitner, recently invited me to share some of my favorite road food experiences as part of a Facebook Live series called Peace Out. We covered a lot of ground in 37 minutes!
