Going Mobile

As winter approaches, are you heading south?

Are you suddenly thinking of hitting the road now that the 2020 election is over?

Count us in the ready-to-travel camp. With the results of the election all but official, we suddenly got itchy feet -- not that we're leaving anytime soon. But sometimes in times of stress, it's nice to dream.

Arizona comes to mind. While snow is forecast this week for Spokane, the Grand Canyon state is sunny and warm.

Two years ago, when this picture was taken, we made our way into Grand Canyon National Park for the first time as RVers on a bright November day. Since then, we've been back several times.

It's a magical, beautiful place. That's something we can all agree upon, no matter who you voted for.

So are you heading south now that the election is over? Drop us a note at goingmobile@spokesman.com, and let us know where you're going. We'll share your story in a future column.
