As the state reopens during the COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to check out two state parks on Whidbey and Camano Islands.
The verdict: Things are looking good for responsible campers following social distancing guidelines. We had excellent stays at Deception Pass State Park and Camano Island State Park.
