After months of being closed, Mount Rainier National Park welcomed overnight visitors at the end of June. We jumped at the chance to stay at this Northwest icon.

Our two-night stay was cold and rainy, but we made the best of it, hiking and enjoying the newly reopened Cougar Rock Campground.
