Some Spokane school district employees receive raise
The Spokane Public Schools board of directors approved a 3 percent raise for non-administrative and non-represented employees, Wednesday night.
The raise affects 80 positions district wide. A salary study commissioned by the district last year determined that districts of similar size provided a 3 percent increase. The increase will go into effect Feb. 1.
The salary increase affects professional technical, exempt professional, executive assistants and technology service employees.
