The presidential election at this hour (10:45) looks far different than expected. Trump continues to lead in the push for electoral college votes. In Washington, there have been no major surprises. Gov. Jay Inslee won again, as did Cathy  McMorris Rodgers. Approval of STA's plan for upgrades passed on its second time around.
 Is the presidential race over? No, but I'm thinking it won't go into the wee hours before it's decided.
