The Kootenai County Task Force on Human Relations honored one of our own on Friday night at its annual banquet in Coeur d'Alene. Veteran journalist David Oliveria was one of three journalists to receive the Excellence in Journalism Award for their years as "models to other journalists in upholding the highest standards regarding the professional ethical journalism creed and code."
