Bloomsday officials unveiled the new poster yesterday. It was conceived, designed and illustrated by Steve Merryman. The annual run is scheduled for Sunday, May 4.

Race officials are expecting 50,000 participants.

For the first time in Bloomsday history, photos taken at the top of Doomsday Hill and at the finish line will be available free of charge.
