There is so much happening in Spokane this weekend, but one of the events I'm most anticipating is the Two Women Christmas in the Country sale being held in Spangle.
No need to pull out a map. Spangle is just a short drive south of Spokane off Highway 195 (the road that takes you to Pullman). In other words, fill up on breakfast at Chaps, drive a few miles south to Stentz Road, and you're almost there. More detailed directions can be found here.
According to the Two Women Web site, the sale will include vintage Christmas and craft items as well as folk art by Dianna Chelf.
I don't think it will be as big as the Two Women Barn Bazaar held in September. (That event featured several vendor booths full of treasures, like groovy retro dinner plates and adorable farm-style aprons. Check out
these photos I took at that event.) But if it captures the same charming feel, it'll be worth the short drive.
Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday.
See you there?
