Volunteers needed for Polly Judd Park clean up

Polly Judd Park is a hidden gem on the South Hill, right at 14th Ave and The Bluff. It's a great access point to an amazing 22-mile trail system that overlooks Latah Valley and Vinegar Flats. Sadly, people like to dump stuff there. Lots of stuff. (I've spotted marmots too and they probably don't appreciate that!)

To help, the Friends Of The Bluff, Comstock and Cliff Cannon neighborhoods are organizing a clean-up event at 8:00 am at Polly Judd Park this Saturday, July 13th. They will clean up the trash north and south of Polly Judd Park in addition to graffiti removal and some minor trail maintenance. Gloves will be provided but please bring water and good hiking shoes. Also if you wish please bring a wheel barrow and a couple of bags.

The marmots will thank you.
