“Shop for a Cause” a fundraising event for The Martin Luther King Jr Family Outreach Center

Good news from Sun People Dry Goods: If you shop there on Wednesday, December 12th between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., 10% of your purchase will go to the Spokane-based non-profit, The Martin Luther King, Jr. Family Outreach Center. This will help support their work to improve the quality of life for children, youth and families in Spokane through an array of culturally responsive educational and social services within the framework of Dr. King's vision of equal respect, treatment and accessibility for all people.

“The future well being of children and youth is central to the health of our entire community. We are honored to be supporting the wonderful work of Freda Gandy and all of the staff at the Martin Luther King Jr Family Outreach Center, their comprehensive services for families in need, do much to build a stronger Spokane,” says Juliet Sinisterra, owner/manager.
