Lunchtime quickie: Yarn bomb in Hell’s Kitchen

This is cool. Yarn bombing -- covering the street with crocheted or knitted cozies -- is becoming popular in New York. Watch these store owners in New York's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood cover the trunk of a tree outside their shop with a colorful sleeve and it includes memorials to two neighborhood children who have died recently. According to the the creators, part of the project is watching people's reactions. They are surpised enough to stop and look, creating a connection and sense of place.
